Fairways lined with forests and snowy peaks, and Lake Bled a few minutes away. Europe as you have never pictured it.
Slovenia is one of Europe's best-kept secrets. Small, green and welcoming, it brings together the Alps, turquoise lakes and excellent food, less than two hours' flight from Brussels.
In May the summits are still snow-capped, the meadows are in bloom, and the course is at its best.
The course
Royal Bled
The historic Bled course, fully renovated, is played in a bowl surrounded by peaks. Number one in Slovenia according to Leading Courses, it is one of the most spectacular golf addresses in central Europe.
Day by day
- Day 1Arrival in Bled. Flight to Ljubljana, transfer to the lake.
- Day 2Royal Bled. First round facing the Alps.
- Day 3Lake and gorge. Traditional boat to Bled Island, then the Vintgar Gorge.
- Day 4Friendly competition. Round in competition format, end-of-trip dinner.
- Day 5Ljubljana and return. A visit of the capital, flight home.
