How bookings work

Greenaway advises travellers and prepares their stay with its partner hotels and golf courses. Services (accommodation, green fees, activities) are booked and paid for directly with these partners, under their own terms of sale and cancellation, which are shared with the traveller before any booking. Greenaway receives no payment from travellers: it is paid by a commission from its partners. Greenaway is covered by professional liability insurance with [ASSUREUR RESPONSABILITÉ CIVILE PROFESSIONNELLE].

Our general and specific travel conditions are provided before any booking, together with the standard information form required by law.

Personal data

Data collected: the information you enter in our forms (name, e-mail, phone, country, dates, number of travellers, message).

Purpose: answering your request and, if you book, organising your trip. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Recipients: Greenaway and, only if you book, the providers needed for your trip (golf courses, hotels, carriers). Forms are transmitted through our hosting provider.

Retention: three years after our last exchange if you do not book; for clients, the period required by our accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights: you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@greenaway.golf. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your e-mail address, first name and interests only to send it to you, together with our subscriber-only offers, a few times a month at most. Legal basis: your consent. Your data is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time through the link in every e-mail or by writing to us. Sending is handled by an e-mail provider based in the European Union: [EMAIL PROVIDER].
